Dislocation

I loved this little film until I got the film back from Pro8mm. They sent the plastic reels unprotected on a 6 day truck ride from the coast in an envelope. The reels were crushed when I got them. We worked hard pulling this little group together so I edited it anyway. Still, not too bad even if the film was totally crushed. Shot with Kodak 250D stock and my Canon 814XL-S. I like this film. How did you get that wide screen effect done? Did you just add black bars on the computer or can you get S8 films transferred to a digital wide screen format?
